Terms of Service
The ground rules for using our sites and working with us. Please read them, because using our sites means you agree to them.
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Nivivra, LLC, an AI and automation consultancy based in Savannah, Georgia. They cover nivivra.com, clientsonauto.com, and our related forms, calendars, communities, and services.
2. Using our sites
You agree to use our sites legally and respectfully. Don't try to hack, scrape, overload, or misuse them, and don't submit false information through our forms. You must be at least 18 to use our services.
3. Our services
We offer AI strategy, Chief AI Officer consulting, custom AI and automation builds, and programs like Clients on Autopilot. The details of any paid service, including scope, price, timeline, payment terms, and refund policy, are set in a separate proposal, agreement, or checkout page. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
4. Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By purchasing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amounts you agreed to, including recurring retainers until you cancel according to your agreement. Unless your agreement says otherwise, payments are non-refundable once work or program access has started.
5. Results disclaimer
Client results shared on our sites, including revenue and follower growth, are real but not typical. Your results depend on your offer, market, effort, and many things outside our control. We don't guarantee any specific income, leads, followers, or business outcome.
6. AI and automation disclaimer
AI tools can make mistakes. Automations and AI outputs should be reviewed, and you're responsible for how you use them in your business, including making sure your messages, marketing, and data practices follow the laws that apply to you. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or errors in third-party tools we build on.
7. Our intellectual property
Our sites, content, branding, frameworks (including the FIT Method), templates, trainings, and materials belong to Nivivra. You can use materials we give you for your own business, but you can't copy, resell, teach, or repackage them without our written permission. Ownership of custom work we build for you is covered in your client agreement.
8. Your content
If you share content or data with us, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us permission to use it only as needed to provide our services.
9. Communities and live sessions
If you join our Skool community or live sessions, be respectful. We can remove anyone who harasses others, shares other members' information, or disrupts the group, without a refund.
10. Text messages
By opting in to texts, you agree to receive messages from us at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
11. Third-party links and tools
Our sites may link to other sites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nivivra won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, like lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Our sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
13. Indemnification
You agree to cover Nivivra for claims, losses, and costs that come from your misuse of our sites or services or your violation of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use our sites means you accept the updated terms.
